Have any of you guys had experience with IOR/Valdata scopes? They have 35mm tubes and are about half the price of Schmidt and Bender or U.S. Optics or even Leupold.

I own the 1.1-4X26 tactical scope and love it, I purchased it used off of ARFcom and have not had a problem with it.

You may want to check out the EE on AR15.Com before you commit to a purchase from a dealer.

IOR Valdada is bloody excellent. I'd recommend one for sure. I love the 36x magnification, it really lets me get the full potential of the .338 LM, all whilst providing excellent light transmission, an excellent reticle (if somewhat busy) and unfailing reliability (so far, so good)

BillySing, what's mounted just forward of the front ring on your scope?

I saw a few at a local gun show and the 35mm tube and construction was nice. The price was somewhat high for a brand I hadn't really heard of but when I compared the image to a Leupold the IOR was better. Glad to here it is holding up. Will be my next purchase I am sure.
