This is where a Zionist youth group, the "Betar," trained its sailors for the future Revisionist state. The speakers ignored the fact that on Oct. 3, 1935, Italian troops had invaded Abyssinia.

I suppose you'd better read "Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil" by Hannah Arendt, which gives a detailed account on the organizational structures and operations of the Holocaust. It also clearly lays out how Jewish organizations were deceived into cooperating with Eichmann and his organization. Very interesting and very detailed book, and either already contains or debunks the things that are mentioned in the reviews on Amazon, so there is really nothing "shocking" or "new" about this.

As far as I know, they weren't deceived into cooperating with him, but he tried to make them help Nazi Germany with money and/or critical supplies.
Jewish organizations offered him money and supplies for Jews that he wanted to murder, the problem was that he first asked for the money and then wanted to release the Jews. It was ofcourse a trick to make them pay him without getting anything in return. The Jewish organizations offered and paid him a deposit but after that he didn't answer them so they understood that he can't be trusted.

This was before 1939, the Zionists offered the Nazis to send German Jews to the Holy land. They had to sell all their property and bought with it German machinery, they later used this machinery to open industrial plants in the holy land.

As for the slogan, I am not sure it really existed, the name Israel was offered much later.

Again, if you haven't read "Report on the Banality of Evil" yet, do so. It contains very interesting details about the original ideas of Eichmann (he was actually a supporter of Zionism, having read Theodor Herzl's "Der Judenstaat"), and so the first action was to sell exit permits for big money to Jewish people. This money was used to fund the SS (Eichmann was an SS officer). Later, he had the idea of selling exit permits and to pretend shipping people to Palestine, but in reality shipping them to Madagascar (this never happened). And then, the "Final Solution" was decided, and since he already had contact with the remaining Jewish representatives in Germany and the occupied countries like Poland and Hungary, he was organizing the logistics behind it including the local coordination with the Jewish communities, without telling them what would happen to them.
