I recently went to bangladesh. I was just outside the city of chittagong when I saw very random writing on a wall. Anyone have ideas as to what Virus-11 was?

I apologize for not being clearer. Bangladesh was at one time under british rule. The people in this village do not speak english. I was wondering if the military did some sort of experiment, or if there was an epidemic of some kind. Was wondering if anyone had ideas as to what it was.

My first thought would be that its just the name of a local gang or even a hacker group. They have some silly names.
