As always, I enjoy hearing from You. Be safe!
All is OK. Nobody in my unit has been killed or wounded, so that is the measure of a great day while deployed in a combat area. I have only 3 months left and the clock is ticking. I hope to see my family again and take a well deserved break. Thanks for asking and I hope all is well with you, bro.
Hello! hope all is well =]
Right, thanks for the infos, be safe over there, and Happy New Year!
NP, mate. I just think that people need to take a step back and just use common sense when it comes to women in the military. I already know that they are going to be given a more combat role in the future, it is bound to happen. I 100% support my fellow female soldiers and my personal opinion means squat if the Army decides to include them in infantry units. As an infantry NCO, I will do my job and train them to my best ability, because it is my job to do so. Females are never going to be as strong as men, but they can definitely be used effectively to accomplish some very important missions and they have been doing it for years in covert and special operations missions.
Sorry about my last post, totally forgot about your background.
