COLD'82 War Reenacment Group

Hello everyone
We are pleased to debut a COLD'82 - War Reenactment Group or Group Historical Reconstruction of the South Atlantic conflict. We see best platform to do that this forum everyday continues to consolidate itself as a benchmark serious and truthful, we want to have it as a base.
COLD'82 born with a new concept of recreation groups, has no official headquarters nor a defined number of permanent members. The key is to take shape with the participation of already formed groups as well as individuals. They use their input to shape all together different representation of both English and Argentine units, enjoying a gathering with friends, sharing knowledge, live the experience of wearing their uniforms to finally pay tribute to all the men who participated in the war . So pleasant is the proposal that even different people who did not participate in the session, generously contributed pieces to complement the photographs. The slogan is trying to represent both nations faced in reconstructions, mil-sim, fairs, exhibitions, museums, etc..
By way of introduction, we shared a photo shoot with seven members in total. The speaker is "The Green Machine" and "British-rat" with members of the "2nd. Battalion Rock Scorpions Oversea" Antonio (Sgt Highway) Juanfran (Willard) and Dani (Danihawk). David (photographer) who had the great responsibility of photography. Moreover Adrian and Alvaro ("Force Recon" Airsoft group).
Coordinators who do want to thank each and every one of them the attitude, effort, collaboration, involvement, responsibility and feeling that this group turned to reconstruction in Andalusia.
Finally invite anyone who would like to participate and join the future productions or events and be, for as long as a COLD'82 more.

Mountain man black powder gear

I recently picked up a reproduction Hawken rifle. I now have a period shirt, powder horn, capper, patch knife, possibles pouch and a few other items. I am looking at getting the whole deal; early 19th century mountain man clothing, a Bowie knife, tomahawk, and so on. I thought I would start a thread where those who have been into the black powder scene and attended rendevous could share their experiences and recommendations. All contributions are welcome.

One proviso; this is *not* an airsoft thread. I only put this in this forum due to the 'reeactment' in the forum title.

Your knowledge is needed.

Sord here in Aus is selling it for $300 and Im not sure if thats with Free postage. So thats why I would like to get it over seas.

Mid-caps for an upscale ICS MP5?

With the recent obliteration of NY gun rights, I decided to try my hand at some airsoft. I picked up an ICS MP5 that's comes with all steel upgraded internals. A problem that I'm running into is that J&G mid-cap mags that I bought with it won't lock into the mag well. The provided hi-cap that it came with works fine. When I compared the 2 side by side, the locking notch is slightly different on the mid-caps. So that I don't have to wind between shot strings, anyone know if there are some ICS high-end MP5 compatible mid-caps to be found? Click the picture to see the difference between the 2. The working hi-cap is on the right.
