Absolutely! Lol, I know some of your bretheren might look down on it but you're one of the rare few that uses common sense most of the time. I hope you'll take that as a compliment ; )
Nothing more than an ankle that has been sprained so many times training martial arts and doing ruck marches etc that it isn't stable and "rolls" over too easily on runs and such.
I'm sorry to hear that. I really feel for your losses. My grandmother had breast cancer, and luckily she was able to overcome it. Everyday she wears pink now, and goes on all sorts of cancer walks and runs. Hopefully anyone you know who has it will be able to overcome it as well.
Any reason for it other than just spreading awareness. I commend you on it, by the way.
