Majority of Northern Oklahoma has its wheat harvested and we have ours done up until the lovely flint hills. Get er done you lazies!

Have they started in your hood? I assume they would be done?

Talked to a distant relative and he said this is the earliest he has ever harvested and he has been a farmer all his life.

I bet all the history buffs out here enjoy any history related topic and all tech savy people enjoy tech & gadget related posts as well.

I'm majoring in history (hopefully sooner than later) but nowadays I see it that I maybe should have chosen some other field and kept the history on a side. It's interesting and I love all things historical but workswise it's not the "sexiest" field out there nowadays unless one wants to be a teacher. Of course with good selection of different minor subjects and so on one can apply for many different positions with a history degree as well.

I dont get the luxory you get, city life is a bore. Theres a small wheat field nestled between a walmart and a neighborhood. I wish i could see some wheat fields out my window, 5 min drive will bring me near some smaller farm fields. Gonna try and capture the harvest this year. Some of the farmers may be harvesting a month early from what Ive heard. Crazy weather.
