Like I said, it's a case of no leadership, which leads to no cohesion or discipline. As far as I'm concerned it started at the top--we're just witnessing the culmination of over a decade of mismanagement thanks to Snyder and Co. The best thing we can hope for is A) Snyder gets off his ego-trip and starts listening to people who KNOW how to run a football team or B) his sudden, unnatural departure from this life. I've never seen the skins so bad in my short 26 years.
