The majority of students that attend the academies had 4.0+ and had zero social skills. I've had officers from Hudson High, SMCs, and Universities...I prefer the ROTC guys as people and leaders.

Open up your MSII text, if I recall correctly there are like two chapters on leadership and it studies Lincoln. The Army believes leadership can be taught.
