Always wondered why in GW1 when the Apache's took out the radar sites F-117's were avalible, how comes they didn't do the job? Right - the numbers of warning radars along the picket line were too numerous, and the F-117s were tasked with too many targets as it was - as well, the F-117 only carried a pair of laser guided bombs - not the best weapon, especially if you have a sneaky squadron of Apaches all armed with 16 Hell fires close to the deck. So it was a combo of too busy, too little weapon carriage capability and there were better airframes for the job.
YF-23 was sure one hell of an air frame - a great disservice to the USA when it got canned. Glad you enjoyed the pics so far.
