Are you serious? But if it was CJ I'm kind of not surprised...he probably just did it to haze you, I take it as a sign of him liking you maybe...maybe...

What'd those mods get you for brother?
  5. You's a posting machine...granted so am I.
  6. Ever do duty up in the Bay area before Moffet became a Federal Field and when NAS Alameda was still going...also what is Treasure Island these days?
  7. From what I've seen guys who are Caporal-Chefs are usually not selected for Sous-Offs Acamedy...you have guys that have been in the French Army for 15 years and are only caporal chefs and have been everywhere.
  8. Yeah I know and will. Yeah when I get the chance to go back it will suck because it will be 8 weeks instead of two but I'll know a lot of the skills and things to expect...but yeah it is that hard, not like straight up bootcamp with a Drill Sgt or DI in your face but you ruck everywhere and you ruck fast, the instructors are intense don't get me wrong. Oh yeah and it's hot as ****.
  9. Montana is so much nicer than upstate New York in my opinion. True story: about a year and a half ago when a guy from 2e REP was beginning his tour with 3e REI at CEFE an entire company of Rangers was supposed to start specialist stage, by day 3 they all basically quit. However they love our Green Berets of the last three one got injured seriously and they thought the other two were just legit. And I know the only chance I'll have to go back is pretty much if I get into either Rangers or SF so that is a huge goal for me.
  10. Well not necessarily specializing but doing enough training to be considered a specialist I guess, at CEFE specialist is 8 weeks long whereas aguerrissment is two. And the 10th Mtn from what I've read wasn't really a mountain ready division when it deployed to Afghan...granted the last war we fought was in the desert and when they went to Somalia as QRF it was the desert...and what I've read about what is taught at Mtn Warfare and Northern Warfare(since I haven't been but want to now), that we are seriously behind. And Jungle warfare...hmmm Marines have their school on Okinawa...right that's smart.
