    yes but there were also British representatives present

    Correct me if I am wrong but after war France and Britan asked money for help which they provided.... Asking money from country which just gained independance and is completely destroyed after war is kinda uhmm... French and british ships were used for artillery support in fights with germans and russian bolsheviks.
    R.I.P. to the fallen, nothing against soldiers. Politicians are the ones who to blame.
