The guys look like US Marines or maybe Navy. We had some forces on the ground in Liberia at the end of their civil war.
Banshee - do you have any more info about the Equatorial Guinean Hinds? As far as I can tell they only have two, and they are usually based on the mainland. I think the two helos are the entire EG air force too.

I'm going to take a wild guess.
Democratic Republic of Congo
I see a beret on a guy in the door. The beret is similar to DRC soldiers.
Also they have a mix of woodland and monogreen. Not to mention very untidy while wearing it. Some are wearing caps. Also using Soviet equipment.
