    No the manufacturer and designer is a little Swedish shipyard called Dockstavarvet (Docksta shipyard). Docksta is a litte hole on the Highcoast(Högaskusten) in Norrland not far from Ö-vik.

    Dockstavarvet is 100% owned by a Swedish family living in Sweden.

    I was wondering about the apperance of the ammo for the crew served .50 at 1:13.....it looks like it is coated w/ plastic...any information?

    @Baked Alaskan: Not all boats in the clip are Swedish. The boats with the plastic rounds for the .50 are norwegian, and they are blank rounds.

    We have no blank ammunition for the .50 machineguns in Sweden, so when we do blank-firing exercises, the machinegun on middeck is replaced with an FN MAG (KSP58) with a blank-firing adapter.

    A friend of mine is a XO on one of theese. In Norway we have had to put a rev limiter on the engines because they tend to brake down all the time..
