Oh well, that makes our military look a little more professional and not so third world I guess.
The question is why should we? we have a historic approach with europe, and the post war US for that matter, and eventually we developed a huge industry around the patent of the G-3 which eentually led to european influenced local products.
On the other side Russia has never been a near important industrial or militar partner in any matter.
