Yes, that's true, and it's a serious problem that has not been taken up with the Chinese themselves. The cartels are getting virtually all of their precursor drugs from China. The Navy is constantly finding huge shipments on shipments coming in through Lazaro Cardenas and Manzanillo.

1972 to be exact... old school. I was looking at the other parts and fast forwarding (I'll watch the whole thing another time) to see if they would show the actual combat uniforms too, besides the dress uniforms, and thankfully they did. They're wearing the gray helmets Americans used in WWII and green fatigues. Could've sworn I also saw them using the M1 Garand.
My dad was in the army back around the same time this film was made, or maybe a few years before, not sure. I remember seeing a picture of him from back in those days and his uniform was pretty much like the one I just described. He was also holding one of those M1 rifles.
Very interesting film, thanks for bringing it to my attention Xomimilt . Useful for those of us who want to take a look at older clips of the Mexican army.![]()

http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2011/07/26...xico/?iref=NS1A 14-year-old born in the United States has been found guilty in a Mexican court of torturing and beheading at least four people and kidnapping three others.
The teenage hit man was sentenced to three years in a correctional facility, the maximum allowed under Mexican law. He also has to pay a 4.5 million Mexican peso fine ($387,500 U.S.).
The defendant, known as "El Ponchis" ("The Cloak") is a 14-year-old boy from San Diego. Because he is a minor, his trial in Cuernavaca, Mexico, was closed to the public.
He should've gotten life instead.
