I found many UAV launchers and this was the most similar one.... As I mentioned before I don't have much knowledge of this artifact.

The extended cab International/Mercedes trucks sometimes have an exterior rood mounted AC unit. I can't really tell what it is. My bet would be UAV launcher since I know the PF has several UAV's in service but I've never heard of them having radar towers like this.
The thing about it is that most Hydra UAV's have either wheels and can take off on their own, or can be launched by hand. My bet would be some king of X-ray or Gamma Ray device for detecting hidden cargo.

P.S. Siempre Leal and odinmak16 beat me to it.

Hey, on a sidenote, is anyone planning on going to the Grito and parade this year in Mexico City? I'm sort of toying with the idea.

You are welcome. A friend told me that in the interview made to him when he returned to Havana, Cuba he says that when he was in space and they were doing these experiments he was actually learning at the first day and the Soviets would tell him. " Caca, caca no tocar" hahahahahaaa

I'm gonna try to make it. The only family I had living there died a while back and the people that I usually stay with just moved back to Chiapas so I'm considering getting a hotel room over looking the street on Reforma for the day. Haven't been to one in years.

If my wife can get the 15th off, then I'd go. I would like to stay somewhere downtown, where everything is walking distance. A few years ago I stayed at the Hotel Catedral, nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, safe and just two blocks behind the National Cathedral and the Zocalo, all for about fifty bucks a night, including breakfast. Last time they closed all of the historic downtown area to vehicular traffic and it was awesome. You have all of the downtown museums close by and a lot of good restaurants.
