Has artillery ever been used against the cartels at any point out of curiosity? Or armour including the ECL90's?
Mexican army has not and will not use artillery againts cartel; this is aint a guerilla group even though they use some tactics that make it seem like they are. ECL90's also have not been used since The Chiapas conflict. Although on some occasions the Army haved used some Armoured personell carriers.
