    MILITARY CAPTURES "EL KAIBIL," ONE OF THE MAIN SICARIOS FOR "EL TEO" IN BAJA CALIFORNIA.. ALONG WITH COPS AND KIDNAPPERS AND A WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE IN A TJ QUINCEAÑERA...SOMEHOW IT LED TO THE LOCATION OF A KIDNAPPED VICTIM.
