Let me just say that most people that I talk to in Ciudad Juárez are very happy with the job that the army and federal police are doing here. Things have taken a 180 degree turn here. I for one would like them to build a huge base here so that we could keep them here permanently.

there probably going to transfer a bunch of up armored humbees from Iraq to Mexico. Thats seems like one of the things there gonna do since there pulling out of Iraq this and next year.
