I think it was because on the description it said something about leading to a "Super Highway" or something like that.
Well then that sounds good, because they are better equiped (pertaining to what a soldier gets) than the army. I mean the have M4's with the sights, they have better armor and helmets.
I guess, but we are talking about a scenario where its an all out war. So think about it, no civilians they would all be evacuated and anyone who doesn't belong would be suspected to be an enemy. So then the survival rate increases for them well.. it matches the Army's survival rate since it would be a war.
