yeah true they have helmets , armor, sights on the M4's..and yes..TONS of money ..but funny thing is ..most at the times they always end up dead or captured...well not funny when a soldier or a policemen gets hurt or killed
I guess, but we are talking about a scenario where its an all out war. So think about it, no civilians they would all be evacuated and anyone who doesn't belong would be suspected to be an enemy. So then the survival rate increases for them well.. it matches the Army's survival rate since it would be a war.

because they are not as many as the army, and the police has a atactical role, they do not act as infantry cause they aren´t. In this operations the police is the spearhead and the army is always the back up.
