Well, maybe.... just maybe the Municipal cops are starting to see that this war against the Mexican Federal Government IN FACT, is not a winnable war. They've gotta pick a side, with the Cartels, or with the Federal Government..... hopefully they came to their senses now.

The Military and the Federal Police are Mexico's only hope...... I hope to add the municipal police to that list one day.

This is awesome, should be done more often. Offensive training is very different than defensive tactics, glad to know we can go into Venezuela for example... if **** ever goes down in the future.
