Abbotsford, BC – Cascade Aerospace Inc. announced today that it has conducted the first test flight of a foreign military aircraft from its base in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This begins the completion phase of the Mexican Air Force C-130K Maintenance and Modernization program which began in 2014 and marks a significant milestone for the BC Aerospace Industry.

I like the dark gull gray paint job better than the overall O.D. green. Anyway, the cockpit is definitely on par with what the USAF wants with their C-130 AMP upgrades, so I'd say it's a wise investment the FAM has made.

I agree. However, the Mexican defense forums are stating that these upgrades were done in lieu of going through with the request for 2 C-130Js. So in that case it would seem to be a case of going two steps forward, one step back.
