The guy in the middle, it looks like an american made vest to me, like EAGLE or something, but I'm pretty sure it's not the CIRAS and the Plate Carrier because I've check the details, could anyone please tell me(better comes with illustrations) cheers!

i think it might the new pom issue armour carrier, it looks to be in there cam. is not eagle though, that i can say.
Is this not the new Osprey armour?

It's issue in "high threat" theaters (not the Broadway type).
I'm not so sure that middle one doesn't look right. The plate shape doesn't stick out and isn't right and there isn't enough of a gap between the bottom of the plate and the bottom of the vest. I think it looks like a Blackhawk product of some description?
the middle one certainly isnt the new osprey or kestral BA, dont know what it is, but i presume it can take the same ceramic plates as the osprey/kestrel BA.
this looks like the same vest maybe a CIRAS, there have been some cheaper CIRAS copies for sale in england so it might well be one of them with the standard issue plates inside it.
