Again and again...

Pretty sure thats the issue one, with no green on the other side; could just be they're using stock photos?
If only you didn't have that battery running down the side of your SA80, that'd be damn sexy!![]()
since the launcher is on it doesnt fit in any more![]()
I have a few questions regarding the PLCE Ops vest. Is it one size fits all or do they come in sizes? On ebay, I've seen both vests that are one size fits all and others that are medium/large.
Is the vest kind of small? I've seen pics of "smallish" soldiers wearing the vest over body armor and they have the front straps fully extended.
Not entirely DPM anymore as it's now desert-animal-feces pattern, but hey, PLCE:
I'm sure some UK members can tell me what's screwed up abotu whatever, since I'm new to UK PLCE.
I like that purdy brown tape there Taco. Where did you get the PLCE from? Ive been collecting an OD set off Ebay for the last 6 months or so. Have everything except the yoke. Gonna have to bite the bullet and order one from Arktis, as I cant find an OD one anywhere.
Thanks for the help with the Basha guys, think it might be this one.

Think Ill order it from Brigade for now. Just cant justify paying almost $100 to get one from the UK, Royal Mail is a rapist.
Silvermans sells OD PLCE webbing. The yoke costs 22 pounds. They will deduct the 17.5% VAT, since you're not an EU resident.
Silvermans:

Or from here for £11

I've found Silvermans to be overpriced and lie abaout availability of certains items in order to try and make a sale.
Scrim, that basha isn't the current British army issue.
TacoDelRio, at first look that webbing looks alright, but here's a list of change i'd make if it were my own personnal set.
1)Lose the minimi pouches, never ever seen them used like that. Replace them with utility pouches.
2)The two vertical straps from the yoke should attach to the metal rings on the belt, not to pouches. Those two rings should be in the centre of your back.
3)Its hard to tell if this webbing fits you without a picture of you wearing it. You'll know it does if the belt is tight around your body, there shouldn't be a large gap around your arse where its hanging off. The front ammo pouches should be inline with your hips so when you go ****e then they are not underneath your body.
4)I personally thread the longer clip on the pouches through the buckle and then the shorter clip, i find just using the shorter clips leads to the pouch coming open. But there are plenty of people who just use the smaller clip. I also use the velcro with the ammo pouches, it helps prevent them coming open and you don't want to lose magazines.
5)Preferably get a proper bayonet frog but if not move your makeshift one to behind the left hand ammo pouch and attach it like you have done. This allows you access to your bayonet without removing your right hand from your weapon.
Quite a good effort, like the straps taped up, and minimi pouches aside it looks alright. When you have it on it should stay snug and should not bounce up and down. If you're still getting noice from it then try taping down those buckles on the tops of the pouches.

last set of pictures he should sort his boots out so the trousers arent inside the tongue and putside the boot (laces will help)
and do up the buckles on the pouches, they are put there for a reason.
Yah, just using the stock photo like I thought - the one on that other site is probably the same type

Jep, that are Minimi Pouches!
@TacoDelRio: Does the PLCE on the first pic fit correct and comftable on you?
It look a bit like a "not-properly-adjusted"...
Can you take some pics when wearing it? One from the front and one from the back? Interested in this detail, cause it looks very "full"...
I guess by adding bungee and adjusting pouches closer together it would be better, because as Sabre told me when I got mine, "belt kit should not ben bale to lay flat, it should make a 'c' "
