The Helmet is new.
The trousers appear to have a internal kneepad system, like the us marine trousers.

Everything you have said there is wrong.The so called 'new' Desert pattern has not been confirmed as the new pattern it is still being trialled along with the rest of the kit and that is not the new 'woodland' whoever is giving you this info is taking the piss out of you.New desert DPM and molle vest

Yep, you're right the camo has not been confirmed the kit I believe is more likely as we move towards the American molle system, our euro friends are doing so. It is therefore likely that we will soon. PLCE is to some extent compatible with molle, so it’s not going to be that difficult to instigate that change.
Vulcan camo is a joke; some uni airsofters had it produced, if you look close enuff you can see Spock’s face.
