I search the right name of this vehicle.
This picture has been taken to IDEX 2007

that looks like a "Rhino", there was some prototype pics floating atround, I had couple I cant find it though

Judging from the rear view mirrors, this vehicle is based on a Ford F-550 chassis.
Has some similarity (but not identical) to the Armet Ghurkha and Balkan armored vehicles, which are also based on the F-550.

That's right, the two vehicles are very similar.
