the new navy camo is only a utility wear camo. though i heard they are making woodland and desert version of it for the navy to wear on the ground.

How freely does one stand regarding color choices, it seems like a lot of the camos here is a mix between many colors (like the painting ones) The first time I saw camos that went with a lot of hue changes was the multicam. (seven color camou, but the base varies from light to darker tan)

I usually make my camo with maximum seven colors (goes mostly with four colors)

These are the colors I think are the best for camo making-

For woodland-

For desert

The green in Three color desert is an awesome color for desert and such, also woodland seeing its partially used in the MC base (not the main green)

also OD and a darker brown/grey is good.

rather large, just took arid and woodland enviorement and slapped on different camouflages I've made and a friend (the dude who had his thread locked when asking for iraqi camo, staknhalo)

Always thought that we should have made a digital desert camo. Not woodland though, i think it work great as it is now.

See, I just don't get the point of doing that. They pay an absolute fortune for the cloth to do that when you could use a single colour for a fraction of the price. Plus it makes it rather dangerous aboard ship to use a blue digital camo in case you get swept overboard. With a woodland and desert version for those few navy guys on the ground in warzones they could do something far cheaper and just as effective for the rest of the navy as a utility uniform.
