A Q for all of you out there...
Me and my friends had just a daily talk about BW and we started talking about the BW harness for some reson...

Is it still in use by the modern BW troops? I need facts nothing else...

Witch unit uses the MP7?
How do they keep it?
They carry them on 3-point sling(same as G36).
For example drivers are using MP7
Also KSK operators and german Military Police.
I`m wondering about using MP7 by medics(but I`m not sure about this).
Like a lot of other new stuff, the MP7 has not yet really reached those who are supposed to get it, it's used almost exclusively on deployments. Because of that, you can't really say yet that e.g. "Unit A" uses the MP7.
The theory is that the MP7 is part of the IdZ system's weapon pool and the units can decide how they want to distribute the weapons. As far as I know, it has not yet been determined yet in what roles the MP7 will be used by units outside the infantry.
Does anyone know of a retailer where they sell German Kevlar helmets?
The "Gefechtshelm" ist sold by most military shops, but if you're looking for a good price, try ebay.de or airsoft boards like 6mm.de.

As a former seller for german army surplus, I must say you that Boots, Helmets and fragmentationvests are not allowed to sell outside the BRD, without a legitimation. If you look at the Febeg.de side, there is allways this note under every auktion.
Whoops. I just placed an order with a German shop for one. Oh well, guess I'll get a note saying sorry, sale not allowed.
A guy I know got a Gefechtshelm from asmc.de, I think. He might have gotten it somewhere else, though.
I have one of those too, but bought it here in Norway, as those helmets were used by our army earlier.
It's a very comfy helmet compared to some other designs, including the one that replaced it
