What do you mean with different 5 colour FT-patterns?

I just know two different types of the field dress ...
"normal" type 5farb FT with zipper on the Jacket and bottoms and zipper on the trousers to show the little man the big world
Normally with dots from light olive to dark green/black and red-brown for the MET. This differ by the firm witch produce the material, then the tailor cut it out and so normally no two uniforms are the same

the second type of 5farb FT is the so called "TropenTarn heiß feucht" (tropicaltan for hot and damp). The cut is nearly the same except that you have on the Blouse no zipper and below the arms is a net, and in the trousers are little holes between your legs for better air condition .
The material is a bit thinner than the MET-fatigue and the red-brown is missing in the tan colours.

    Hope this help!

Thanks for the info, ToySoldier. Just ordered some new Fleck equipment today, actually.

I'm in the US and I ordered a Flecktarn parka from here. They said that they will contact me when they have figured out the total cost for shipment and such, but i haven't heard from them. Has anyone from the US ordered anything from this company before? Any idea on the wait?

    thanks

I've never ordered from them before. If you don't get your parka and they don't respond, cancel and order here. I have a few and they are great.

Great place to buy from, but...

The fleck parkas are currently out of stock (I ordered one, but was told it's on back-order, so I have to wait.) They said they're not expecting any new stock until 17 Dec or so...so if you order one, keep that in mind.

Good thing is though they won't bill you for it until the new stock has shipped out, so you can cancel before the ship date notification if you find one more readily available.

    Haha, Sierrasierra, is that you?

Those Flecktarn Parkas can be found at flecktarn.co.uk and asmc.de too, if you guys have trouble finding them in-stock.
Very cheap there too, if you get a used one.
