Or the Hanwag "Special Forces"... A friend of mine who served in the 262 (and later in the 313) told me, that they had some problems with shoes with lace hooks - they had to seal them with "panzertape" before jumps, because there where some incidents with hooks tangling with parachute cord or even cutting it off - that is probably why the "Special Forces" model has no hooks.

The new issued boots got hooks as well. Cant be a big problem then.

The IdZ isn't slowly coming. The LLBrig 26 is fully equipped I guess. Last time in Kunduz, they decided to use the Mehler SK again. Youre more mobile with that vest, so we "reintroduced" it. If you want, you can youse the IdZ aswell.

Boots? I think the Lowa Mountain Boot is widely used, some folks use the brown Hanwag Alaska and some the black one (SF Alaska). If you want it cheaper, go for the Haix Mountain Boot (new or old version).

The DSO vest (called KSK vest some time ago) is pretty often combined with a smock. You can chose for your own. Snipers get one issued.

    OK nice then!
Ive already got the SABRE snipersmock, ATXS MKII "DSO-rig", Mehelr ST and almost a modifed CA36 --> G36A2.

Ok then the boots arent a big problem then.

What about sidearm, sice the P8 is not avilable in GBB?
What is more "right than wrong"?

    A USP .45 or a MP7 in CQB MILSIM?
Does the Fallshirmjäger use the MP7 in general village patrols too?
Sice we will go for a DSO FschSpZg impression, can you motivate a MP7A1 in CQB situations?

Sry for all my Qs, but in respect to the "Real Deal", we want this good!

That has nothing to mean. Just look at the new issued holsters...

P8 is the sidearm of choice. Group leaders and drivers carry the MP7, but it's handled flexible.

    1.) Yes.

2.) Since the FschSpezZg uses the G36KA2 with EoTech holosight, theres no urgent need for the MP7. Maybe the group leader also wants to use one, then he can.

Looks more than a Star G36 without a bajonetconector. Am I right?

This shot is just cool, even if it's not real military. Excellent Flecktarn kits!
