If i may sidetrack..Israel unloaded quite a number of amx-13s (riddled with bullet holes) on Singapore right after the war. I will not be surprised if at least one of these two vehicles are actually still in service with us. Here's a link to another thread where you can see an upgraded incarnation of the tank

you are right Syria was supplied by ... France (SSSHHHUT don't repeat this) with panzer-IV and sturmgeshutz (Czechoslovakia furnished spares also) but no WESPE survived the end of war exept in Hungary (they have been rapidly scrapped).Nice call, defnately a AMX...
Actualy, im not that blind.
I was just wondering if they could be Wespes since is a fact that were some WWII German material in hands of the Syrians like Panzer IV Ausf. G, StuG III...
