by looking at the helmet, i think it have something connected to Mlabs. remember Mlabs? they are developing a special kind of helmet with camera and communication system. this system will connect the soldier with HQ by using the camera as teleconferencing or something like that so the top brass at HQ can see the view from the battlefield and communicate lively with the soldier. part of the C4I

UN pays for all equipment bought for Un peacekeeping operation. Infact even the allowance to the soldier were paid by UN. Its always been like that. The Nation who use the equipment can decide to keep the equipment for a price or donate it to whoever UN approved.
The question that should be ask is "Before or after?"
The Peacekeeping Budget pays for UN peacekeeping operations all over the world. The budget is financed through assessments of all UN member states, based on the scale of assessments for the Regular Budget.
