Definitively not, because the picture is from the Deployment to Kosovo in 1999. I think these soldiers belong to an "Aufklärungs und Verbindungs Zug - AVZ" (Recce Platoon). Every batallion in the german Army has on of them.Judging from the Headset, i assume it´s not KSK but merely IDZ Equipped Soldiers

I wanted to say that it can't be IdZ-Equipment because the picture is from 1999. But i also doubt that it shows KSK, as i said, i think these soldiers belong to an AVZ.
It's from a austrain-german excercise held in 2002 or 2003 somewhere in Austria.
