Because I'm an idiot. I'm actually doing the Core Performance thing.

Just started on Gym Jones today. The workout I did was geared more towards high rep and more of a cardio and endurance work out then mass gaining. It was a nice change of pace from my team provided workout.

    www.fitday.com

Start tracking your diet and see exactly how much protein is in everything you eat. The main portion of your protein should come from real whole foods. However, if you are having a hard time getting that much in, I'd reccomend picking up a good protein mix. Either Whey or Micellar Cassein based proteins are a sure bet.

My two favorite proteins are Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex in chocolate:

    http://www.supplementcentral.com/opt...-complex-4.4lb

And Dorian Yates Approves Pro Peptides:

    http://www.supplementcentral.com/dor...peptide-mbf5lb

The first is a whey and egg albumen based protein, the second micellar cassien which is a dairy based protein. It digests much slower so it is a great shake to take right before going to bed. That's a great site to order from also, been ordering from them for the last few years. Great guys.

If you aren't interested in supplementing with a protein shake, meat meat meat. Make sure you have some form of protein with every meal. Chicken breasts and canned tuna are the staples of building muscle.

I'm 6'3" 205 so I know where you are coming from.

ON is by far my favorite. Having tried about half a dozen others, it's got the taste and the protein.

Yup, great product, great price. I kinda burned myself out on the flavor though so I'm sticking to the DYA for a while.

There are a bunch of shakes out on the market like Cyto Gainer, its a weight gainer but it has tons of carbs and more importantly tons of protein. If shakes aren't for you, then I suggest eating lots of grilled chicken.

I mix it up a lot. I picked up some vanilla and chocolate and mix them together sometimes etc. I know what ya mean with the taste though.

Is it worth getting the full program? I just use the free version now.

Yea, I used to get crazy with the blender every once in a while. This was my favorite:

    2 scoops of ON Chocolate
    8 oz skim milk
    1 large banana
1 generous scoop of plain oats
    Light sprinkle of cinnamon
    6 large ice cubes

Tasted real good and was loaded with good stuff. Other good things to add are peanut butter, flax seed oil, or flax seeds ground in a coffee grinder. Haven't tried any of those, but I know they are good for you.

And Hellfish, I have no idea. I just used to free version. It told me exactly what I needed to know about the contents of what I was eating. Personally, I didn't need to benefits of the full program.

    Wind sprints.

Try sprinting then running switch back and forth over a few miles depending on how far your can run.

Interval training. Helped me a ton when trying to get fit for preseason. Sprint at maximum heart rate for like a hundred yards then jog til your heart rate goes down and then sprint and repeat.

Best thing I've heard is interval training. Jog-sprint-jog-sprint sort of thing. I haven't done much of it personally (though I should) so you'd have to hit google for that.

I know a lot of guys use HEAT training (which I'm pretty sure is an acronym for something but google isn't helping), which is similar, but performed on a treadmills. Besides, I think the emphasis of that is on fat burning.
