Ok boys after reading about ****ation, it can be safely assumed I am on my way to get me some!
I do have near flat feet, and near knock knees,
Since Indian girls love money, I am safe even with my saggin body!![]()
Good luck man, dont want to get fooked knees and ankles to early. i have run in nikes and asics, asics are the cake man. Order them online if you can.
Anyone know anything about Merril shoes?
Cheers man, I never had any probs until start gaining weight 8 months ago, gained 16 kilos from my perfect 80!, Anyways I am on a diet now and decided to slowly up my workout pace, Never been much into the whole fitness thingie, I was always fit or quite ok, while I was in the football(its not soccer) team, lol
Stay away from them...
Nike is jack of all trades.
Asic(k)s is Master of all trades (Have Ds Trainer).
Adidas (Adizero) is zero of all trades (I run with them only by pride).
Adux: Try Sauconny or Mizuno if available (beware Mizu are the siffest, you really need to "break in").
YES! Truer words have never been spoken!
Asics are the best running/sports shoes known to man, it's that simple really. Just go to a famous (read "professional") Marathon and look at the runners feet. Asics everywhere, whereas Reebok, adidas and all that crap are nowhere to be found. What a coincidence.
NewBalance aren't too shabby either but good luck getting them, Brooks supposedly as well but I haven't tried them.
NB...their cross-country/all-around runnings are ze shiznit! But since I focus on treadmilling, mine have been collecting dust and dog bites for four years or so.
And yes all of these models are "italian" (narrow and you have to take a size up/above your normal) with the notable exception of Adidas (two sizes, actually it's one size and 1/3, go figure.)
Oh avoid Under-Armour runners. They're ... special!
Edit2: Huere, Brooks are good, track-wise they're cheaper than the Asics offer. But the problem with Brooks is that the cushion wears/levels really really but really fast.
