    To be fair I didn't put salt on the pretzels. You'd do the same thing with a resting metabolic rate of 2800

    I have and although I like the principle, it was just too hard for me to do while on the road. The guidelines between it and the Paleo Diet are where I try to stay.

    Ran a few miles today with the members of my ROTC PT Team, nice little run/jog from Snohomish to Granite Falls.

    Then I was hungry afterwards, so....Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese from McDonalds.
