I'm drinking Endurox...I was just throwing it out there as a tool for others. I tend not to drink much other than water as is anyways.

Yeah thats cool mate not having a go at you, most people try and over complicate exercising because athletes are paid to endorse sports drinks etc and forget about water, heck even some places recommend beer as a post work out drinkAnyway whatever works for you is best and water works just as well for me as all the other things I have tried FWIW
One reason why I tend not to drink Gatorade or other sports drinks. I've had great results with H20 but since I'm training up and trying to drop a stone maybe two that it works well within my current diet/nutrition plan so far.
I use creatine (with no side effects, fortunately) and an egg (the "egg" itself) before training.
It helps, but I´d like to see more resoults.
BTW: I eat a lot & good

4.25 miles w/ 10lbs in a weight vest, 42:07 minutes.
Bleacher mile today. Did some abs and some pushups before hand. Nothing like I was doing. After the bleacher mile I did interval sprints on the track, also added five more pounds to the weight vest.
I run 40 minutes every morning before 6 AM but sundays, walk 20 Minutes after that, I wall climb ( Sport Bouldering) every day at home for 1 hour more or less, 2 times a week, I ride my bicylce for 1 or 2 hours and I play Football once week.
All this work makes me feel old, because I feel the pain all day long. I should play video games instead.
Edit: I drink mineral water, lapsang souchong tea, Ginger tea and eat hard candies for glucose. and a lot of pasta.
Did a Tough Mudder on Sunday (http://toughmudder.com/) here in the mountains of SoCal.
The event itself would have proved difficult even under ideal conditions but it just so happened to 31deg at the base of the mountain and 10deg at the peak with 50mph snow flurries taking it down close to 0. The lake we had to swim in felt warm at 35deg. What made matter worse was that there was no focast for the situation. The weather the day before was 70deg and sunny and the weather the day after was 65deg and sunny.
Interesting.
I used to eat a lot of wheat because of, you know, the food pyramid. I felt like garbage the whole time until one I decided it didn't make sense that I wa s doing all this eating for energy and still feeling lethargic (exercised a lot as well). There was zero pay off because even if I took days off I still felt like ****. Got online and ran across T-Nation and adopted a no-wheat reduced carb approach. Never looked back.
I now eat a lot of eggs. Feel great.
Occaisionally I might eat an entire pizza. Just for old times sake of course.
