If you're trying to drop weight but still working out you need lots of veggies and protein...I'm doing between 15-1700 cals a day...I think.

Try switching to organic. I used to be the same way.

If you are trying to loose weight limiting milk is a good idea. Lots of calories in milk.

I agree. I just do not drink as much milk as I used too. Im easily effected by water weight so I resort to less milk and diary. A person loosing weight can drop a few pounds quicker by cutting out all diary temporarily.

So my daily consumption does not cross 700-800 cals.I loose 300 calorie daily by running for over 30 mins with the speed of 8-8.5 and elevation of 3-4.

Regarding height,i do know i can't do much.Anyways thanks for the advice.
Your diet is pathetic, stop counting calories. The speed your running at is shameful. When your old man runs his BPET he is running at an average speed of 12.5km per hour. You need to man up, 5 feet 9 is not short.

First of all dont run every day, do it 3 or 4 times a week. Google a couch to 5km running plan and follow it. Avoid running on a treadmill, get outside. Do some strength training 3 times a week , lots of push ups , pull ups, squats, deadlifts and core work. Read up on nutrition, look up some Indian nutritionists online. There are some good recipes to get the max out of indian cooking.

Family? Is it because they're fitness freaks, like ya said earlier? Don't ever let that kind of pressure get to you, if that's the case. Unnecessary stress, man. Do what you need to do and don't worry about their opinions on how fit you are. Don't starve yourself either. Like someone said earlier, it'll decrease your muscle mass before it does any of the fat you're trying to lose. Been there, done that.

As for my fitness, I walked 2 miles today by the river on the bike trail. Recovering from a cold so I didn't feel like jogging or biking. Very nice day. All the hippies were out in droves. I could hear the faint sound of drumming in the distance.

You've got to let go of what other people think about your physical appearance. Surround yourself with people who like you for your personality.

Work out for you not other people.

I know plenty of fella's with big waste lines who are dating some of the hottest girls ever. Personality and your confidence level has a lot more to do with it, I think.

A midget with short levers moving a light weight really only has applications at the circus and the Olympics.

Worked with a gymnast once when I was exploration drilling. Took me a week to break him, day one he was doing hand stand pushups while it was slow pulling rods. By the end of the week his back was all shagged from slinging 14 tonne of drill rod a day.

No hate there bro, I use the treadmill too. But after reading his posts I felt some fresh air would do him good.
