actually i am a former obesity patient.I carry the obesity gene inherited from my mothers side.So i have to work out and eat less daily to remain normal.Yeah! one thing is for sure..pizza,burger,cakes and drinks are forever out of my life.
Actually i am enjoying eating less.I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables which fills up my stomach without adding a lot of calories.
So wait you had surgery to get you small...damn.
No! no! i was not that fat that i would have required a surgery. It took me an entire year to reduce.I was 245 lbs.Since last year i have reduced to 171 lbs.
just changed my diet and exercised 7 days a week.Tea was replaced by green tea,no rice,no fried stuffs,no junks,no chocolates and biscuits.
The real reason for my past obesity was that i suffered from a hypertension because of academic pressure.

you should probably dial it down to just five days a week...but that's intense, good on you.
Friday's workout:
Yoke Bar Squats @ 280# x 5-5-5-5 reps
Standing Single Arm Fat Grip Dumbbell Military Press @ 90# x 7-7-6 reps
Back Extension @ 70# x 7-7-6 reps
Fat Grip Single Arm Dumbbell Row @ 110# x 5-5-5-5 reps
Swiss Ball Arm Saws 3 x 18
Swiss Ball Plank Scropions 3 x 18 each side
Agility Ladder work
Saturday morning surfing for about 3 hours followed by an hour of boxing work and a 3 hour nap.....
I consume several 1000+ calorie meals a day plus drink a couple high calorie protein shakes. It's not every day, but it's most days. I tend not to eat nearly as much or devour shakes if I didn't workout that day. Seriously, a box of mac & cheese is like 1200+ calories when prepared. An Italian-style sub is also 1000+ calories. Eating nuts, rice, and beans throughout the day also helps. It used to be easier for me, but my dad had a blood clot, and my mom's side of the family also has a history of heart disease, so I've cut a lot of the red meats and fatty dairy out of my diet. I used to mix whole milk with shakes, but switched to skim for instance. The healthier diet is also breaking the wallet. A couple cans of Chef Boyardee used to do the trick for a lot of meals or a Hungry Man TV dinner.
Haven't posted in a while, but went for an 11mi hilly trail run. serious headwind up top, but of course no wind to speak of in the valley on the way back.
Also did 103 reps flat bench press at my 5-10 rep weight. Mostly sets of 7 or 8 reps every 10 min before the run, finishing with some sore 5-6 rep sets after to finish it off.
