Did part of Cindy saturday...roommate and I started Insanity today.
Insanity or Cindy? Both were ridiculous.
Looks like im running the peachtree wensday... Never ran a 10k before
had to lean over and reach for the remote....damn that was tough.
Actually.............moved about 5,000 pounds of gravel doing a project around the ranch. My hands got tired of shoveling.
We joke that the stuff we do for workouts is simply the jobs people did 100 years ago (sledge hammer, sled push, sled drag, tire flips, etc)
