    185lbs deadlift
    Double unders.

    Sunday

    4 rounds
    Curtis P 8x5(115lbs)

    50 OH bar lunges 65lbs

    30 pull ups

    20 butterfly sit ups

    Actually.............moved about 5,000 pounds of gravel doing a project around the ranch. My hands got tired of shoveling.

    We joke that the stuff we do for workouts is simply the jobs people did 100 years ago (sledge hammer, sled push, sled drag, tire flips, etc)

    Monday's workout:

    Bench Press @ 315# 8 x 3 reps
    Straight Leg Deadlift @ 315# 8 x 3 reps
    Walking Lunges @ 75# 4 x 8-6-6-4 reps
    Underhand Grip Pull-ups @ Bodyweight + 40# chains 4 x 8-6-6-4 reps

    Core
    Pallof Press 4 x 18
    Swiss Ball Arm Saws 4 x 18

    Cardio
    Prowler Sled Push @ 240# 30ft-60ft-30ft (Low Up, High Back)
