Try beta sisterol.I would say try it from Roex.com (I buy their DHA ,EFA CQ10 and Immortale Spelled with an “e” for men along with a few other vitamins) they have high quality products. It will lower cholesterol and help boost testosterone which should help also to build muscle oh and it will make you amorous.

Hi, Im fairly new on the forums, anyway heres what I've been doing regularly.

6K run 2/3 times a week quickest I've run it was 33 min, I don't have a watch yet but I check the clock before I leave and again when I return.

    Weights

Still don't have a bench yet so I can only do arm curls and other excercises for the time being.

    arm curls-35 pound dumbells x10 3 sets
    overhead tricep extensions-35 pound x20 3 sets

    Situps x20 3 sets
    chinups x5 3 sets

nothing spectacular but Im making improvements.

You can throw in some pushups/body wieght squats and call it a day. Also lunges/calf raises/dead lift can be done using your dumbbells

Depending on how strong you are, 4x25 for the pushups/squats should be OK to start

Default Jury awards $300,000 in gym lawsuit

    Source: http://www.valawyersweekly.com/vlwbl...n-gym-lawsuit/

In a case that surely will have gym owners checking their liability coverage, a Prince William County man has won a $300,000 jury verdict against a gym where he underwent a “CrossFit” workout regimen that, he claimed, left him disabled.
This guy sued the Crossfit gym he went to because they didn't stop him when he pushed himself to hard and almost killed himself.

    What an idiot.

You've got to love the US Legal system, spill a hot coffee on your lap, get paid, burn yourself on a hot apple pie, get paid, twist your ankle on the moving walkway, get paid......

    This was the work-out:

Three rounds, 15-10- and 5 reps, for time of:
    10 pound Thrusters
    Burpees
    Air Squats

It's featured on the Crossfit Kids website and has been sarcastically named after him.

See a video of a 5 year old doing the "Makimba" work-out at
