    yes, I think so.

I bought a Blade Tech 2 week ago. Similar to a safariland, for g17. As "out of the box" the G17 KSC don't fit, the G18 AEP Marui idem, a real steel G17 DON'T FIT!

For solve the problem I change the lower pin of the holster... yes, the BT is a cheap holster, but very very poor quality...

Did your G17 have a rail on it? Maybe the holster was made for a pistol without a rail?

the only difference between G17 and G18 concerning holsters is the switch. don't know if it will fit a 6004 though but i guess it will.

BTW. the ksc g18 does fit a blackhawk CQC serpa holster perfectly.

    EDIT: btw very strange:
I had a KSC G17 & G18 both with metal slides and both fitted the Serpa holster.
A friend of mine had a KSC G17 with an ABS slide and it needed alot of pushing and tugging to fit!

I think that, the holster, like everything, often happen to be imperfect...

btw, a metal slide is a little slim than a abs slide... and the metal does not "grip" on the plastic of the holster like the abs slide...
