DISPLAYING ABSTRACT - International Court of Justice that declared Serbia not guilty of genocide during Bosnian war had not seen Serbia's full military archives; lawyers in The Hague and Belgrade say court might have ruled differently had justices pressed for access to full archives; legal scholars and human rights groups are deeply troubled that judges did not subpoena documents directly from Serbia; in fact, court rebuffed Bosnian request that it demand full documents, saying ample evidence was available in tribunal records; Serbia, citing national security, had obtained tribunal's permission to keep parts of archives out of public eye; its lawyers blacked out many sensitive--perhaps incriminating--pages; court's ruling acknowledged that 15 judges had not seen censored archives, but did not say why court did not order Serbia to provide full documents.....
Well it is a fine day for deals with war criminals in serbia, right?
Carla did not prosecuted serb top military man, she likes to deal with charming serbs, I guess.
By blacking out whatever they wanted in there archives, they were not blamed for genocide in Bosnia, while making fun of Croats fully cooperating with court....
