We do have real Porsches and fast BMWs and Mercedes for our different police organisations.
Even the standard police-car here (at least in Bavaria) is BMW (or Audi).

I think the top pictures are just from a event/show were auto makers will some times team up with local law enforcement and make a car that the police can use, cause those pictures look to be from a show.
They do that here in the states all the time.

Israel is a jammed country and cars are unpractical so the traffic police use BMW motorcycles.
