and 2nd pics. the equipment from 88 division? I saw the german M35 helmet and german mauser rifles ( maybe the chinese copy calld " 79' zhong zheng ) ?
Not very sure about them...

This rare photo shows Chinese troops wearing two of the many exported M35 helmets that first came into production when the model was first introduced. In order to equip their army to fight the Japanese, the Chinese government imported military goods from many nations. The newly designed M35 helmet from Germany was one of the many items the Chinese used during their struggle against Japan.

IMHO this is a Chinese copy of Czech vz.24 Mauser bolt action rifle. But you can check it yourself at this site http://www.chinesefirearms.com/articles/modelcks_g.htm (in Chinese).

I have actually e-mail 关外雪狼 sometimes ago, and I know he has a lot to offer, and I am now gathering all PLA items collectors in Hong Kong to do bulk buying from him.

by the way, would you have any idea on where to get a ex-pla or ex-chinese military radio? Is it possible for you to tell me how many soldiers sharing a radio in modern PLA?

every squad have a radionman, they not shared them. the radio were enough for everyone. the most pop ex-radio in mainland of china were mode 861 and some other radio which were used in battalion. You can mail to the webmaster of the website I just told you. or you can go to

many guys were sold radio and pla's uniform and helmet.
good luck. normaly the radio will cost you 200hk-350hk.
