make your own, far more satisfying, and probably more effective than that piece of crap.

Just what he said. You can add burlap, netting, etc. to old BDU's or a flight suit. The real stuff that snipers use are personally customized.

I agree. If you need one, make it. Most of that stuff is focused at folks that are civilan visual inpulse shoppers..IMO the Brits and the US have the most skilled snipers on the planet and youll never see them using something like that..Keep it old school and practical, mate..

Last time i heard a sniper record was from the Canadians, And U.S. and Brits doesnt have the best snipers in the world, i could recall other countries with very skilled snipers operators which can do a hell of a job.

That was for a record single shot taken in Afganistan.......Takes more than a shot to make a skilled sniper...I stand by my opinion that the the US and Uk have the most skilled snipers on the planet

actually, the team, sniper and spotter both, took turns breaking the record. between them they broke the record, then on a subsequent engagement broke their own record.

so you go stand on what ever you like, but you would be standing on shaky ground as far as the P.P.C.L.I. are concerned.

Use Natural Cam..... Much better, even if you have a ghillie made up, you will still need to use natural cam and will have to change that natural cam whenever you move into different cover. Just use a bit of burlap and whatnot, but put a lot of tie downs on the uniform so that you can add your own.
When we had the Brits down on my sniper course, they were the first ones to complain about their sniper program. Their ammo is underpowered and their course isn't long enough.
We also had a dude down from the 75th, who said that they are going to change their course more to what ours is run like.

We talked about this before and some people had a problem, because they didn't believe me. This is what they said to me and the rest of my course.

If you guys actually get to be in the sniper world, you will figure out that everyone works together overseas. The American .50 is innacurate compared to the Canadian MacMillan Tac .50. But in this instance in Afghanistan where the PPCLI got the longest Kill, the Americans had better ammo. As proffesional soldiers, the Americans realised that the Canadians could do better with their Long Gun, and with the American Ammo, so they gave all their ammo to us and we (the Canadians) got the Kills.

So everyone can think what they want, but you guys may not Know anything.
2005 sniper competition, a Lithuanian unit came in second. Thats pretty amazing.

He said it was a single one time record breaking shot, i was pointing out that the team in question broke the record on 2 occasions, one after another.

also i find the statement regarding the US and UK snipers as being the best in the world rather presumtious. i imagine that most modern western armies have top notch training programs for snipers, and that no one is so head and shoulders above the rest that it warrants bragging about.
