    No, headset was working on squad comms, handie was on the command frequency.

    Couldn't afford the dual comms system.

    That reminds me I should draw up some plans to build one myself Been walking around with that idea for a while and I could do with a new project.

    Just need to plug radio #2 in.

    ...and PTT? Or do you have a dual comm box?

    The dual PTT solution looks a little bulky.

    I got dual PTT right now, but I already have a plan in motion to have only one box.
    But there has to be two PTT on the box.

    That's exactly what I'm planning to build. Two PTT switches in one unit. Shouldn't be hard to do at all.

    it's pretty simple
    Here is a ICOM and /\/\oto schematic I did

    If you are running two of the same brand radios it's easier and more simple.
