Electromagnetic Emmissions. It's the best way to test the aircraft's emmissions toward the ground without flying the aircraft. I believe the facility is in or near Plattsburg, NY. I've seen pictures of them testing inverted B-52's at the same place.WTF? What are they testing here?

I have seen AC-130 SPECTRE alike in sky of Japan. I must have seen The AC130 in the sky. however, this has been flying object, It seemed like Anthonov. because, I saw the plane armed by the Rader system in the back of the plane. By the way, How long is the C-130 length?
The recent movie Transformers had an awesome Spectre gunship scene it in. It was the first movie I've seen with this gunship in it.
Yes, Transformers movie had a great clip of the SPECTRE. Shows camera footage from above the airplane firing at the ground.
